程磊，男，博士，教授，英国西英格兰大学联合博士生导师。入选“湖北省新世纪高层次人才工程”计划，第九届武汉市“洪山地区十大优秀青年”。长期从事机器人与智能嗅视感知等方面的研究与教学工作。兼任中国人工智能学会青年工作委员会常务委员、中国人工智能学会智能机器人专业委员会常务委员、湖北省自动化学会理事、湖北省人工智能学会理事、武汉市自动化学会常务理事。主持及参与国家自然科学基金6项，主持省部级科教研项目9项，发表论文60余篇，获国际国内学术奖励10项、学生竞赛国家奖20余项。

    Cheng Lei, male, PhD, professor, joint doctoral supervisor at the University of West England in the United Kingdom. Selected as one of the "Hubei Province New Century High level Talent Project" and one of the "Top Ten Outstanding Youth in Hongshan Region" in the 9th Wuhan City. Engaged in research and teaching in robotics and intelligent olfactory perception for a long time. He also serves as an executive member of the Youth Work Committee of the Chinese Artificial Intelligence Society, an executive member of the Intelligent Robot Professional Committee of the Chinese Artificial Intelligence Society, a director of the Hubei Provincial Automation Society, a director of the Hubei Provincial Artificial Intelligence Society, and an executive director of the Wuhan Automation Society. Hosted and participated in 6 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 9 provincial and ministerial level scientific and educational research projects, published over 60 papers, and won 10 international and domestic academic awards, as well as more than 20 national awards in student competitions.

    陈洋，男，教授，博士生导师。2012年毕业于中国科学院沈阳自动化研究所机器人学国家重点实验室，获博士学位，2005年和2002年分别毕业于中南大学获得硕士和学士学位。现为湖北省自动化学会理事，湖北省人工智能学会理事，中国自动化学会机器人竞赛工作委员会委员。主要研究领域为移动机器人建模、规划与控制。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、国家重点研发计划专项子课题1项、辽宁省科技厅联合基金1项、湖北省教育厅科研课题1项。发表学术论文50多篇，发明专利10项（包括美国发明专利1项、欧洲发明专利1项），实用新型专利2项，软件著作权登记6项。获得省级教学成果二等奖1项，被评为首届武汉科技大学优秀研究生导师。

    Dr. Chen Yang is currently a professor at the School of Information Science and Engineering, Wuhan University of Science and Technology. He got his PhD from the State Key Laboratory of Robotics at the Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research focuses on the modeling, planning, and control of mobile robots. Currently, his main research is on multi-robot collaborative path planning for applications such as continuous monitoring, emergency rescue, agricultural spraying, building inspection, and road patrols. The decision-making of robots faces challenges from various uncertainties, including unreliable communication quality between robots, road network congestion, obstacles, battery levels, adverse weather conditions, electronic and mechanical failures, among others. Therefore, optimal decision-making for robots should possess certain resilient features such as robustness, redundancy, fault tolerance, and flexibility.

    郑秀娟，女，博士，副教授。2016年毕业于华中科技大学控制科学与工程专业，获工学博士学位。主要研究方向为机电/能源系统状态评估、退化建模与寿命预测，信息物理系统的状态估计、滤波、故障诊断与容错控制。主持湖北省自然科学基金面上项目1项，主持完成湖北省自然科学基金青年项目1项，湖北省教育厅科学技术研究重点目一项。在Energy、Reliability Engineering & System Safety、International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control、控制与决策、控制理论与应用等学术期刊和国际会议上发表SCI/EI收录论文20余篇，获得授权发明专利和实用新型专利2项。

    Xiujuan Zheng, female, PhD, associate professor. She received her PhD degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), China, in 2016. Her research interests include state estimation of electromechanical/energy systems, degradation modeling and remaining useful life prediction, and state estimation, filtering, fault diagnosis, and fault-tolerant control of cyber-physical systems. She has hosted one general project of Hubei provincial natural science foundation, completed one youth project of the Hubei provincial natural science foundation and one key scientific and technological research project of the Hubei provincial department of education. She has over 20 research papers in the journals such as Energy、Reliability Engineering & System Safety、International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control, Control and Decision, and Control Theory and Applications, and obtained two authorized invention patent and utility model patent.

    2017年博士毕业于华中科技大学，武汉科技大学副教授，湖北省“楚天学子”，全国“香江学者计划”入选者。2015年10月至2016年10月期间获国家留学基金委资助公派西澳大利亚大学联合培养。2021年1月到2023年1月受国家博士后基金委和香港香江学者学会资助公派香港城市大学访问研究，主要研究方向：复杂系统的观测器和控制器设计、分数阶微积分、非线性动力学（混沌）、机器人路径规划和多目标优化算法等。在Energy、ISA transaction、IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers等期刊以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文30余篇，其中高被引论文4篇，担任Applied Soft Computing、Expert System with Application、the Journal of Franklin Institute等期刊的审稿人。近些年来，主持过国家自然科学基金(青年项目)、博士后面上基金、湖北省自然科学基金（青年+面上）等项目，参与过国家自然科学基金(面上项目)2项。

    Zhihuan Chen received his PhD degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), China, in 2017. He is currently an associate professor and Master's Supervisor at the School of Information Science and Engineering/School of Artificial Intelligence in Wuhan University of Science and Technology (WUST), China. He received the award “Chutian sub-scholar of Hubei Province” in 2019, and obtained the “Hongkong Scholars Award ” in 2020. From October 2015 to October 2016, he served as a joint PhD student sponsored by China Scholarship Council (CSC) at The University of Western Australia (UWA), Australia. From January 2021 to January 2023, he worked as a visiting scholar in City University of HongKong (CityU) sponsored by the National Postdoctoral Foundation and HongKong Society of Scholars.

    His research interests include the observer design and controller design of complex systems, fractional order calculus, nonlinear dynamics (bifurcation and chaos), robot path planning and multi-objective optimization algorithm. He has over 30 SCI papers as first/corresponding author in journals such as Energy、ISA transaction、IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers, where four of them are highly cited papers. He served as a reviewer for the journals of Applied Soft Computing、Expert System with Application、the Journal of Franklin Institute. He hosted the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth Program), Postdoctoral Fund General Program, Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province and participated two National Natural Science Foundation of China (General Program) in the past years.

    胡棉，女，博士，讲师，湖北省“楚天学者”。2020年毕业于华中科技大学控制科学与工程专业，获工学博士学位。主要研究方向为智能电网及能源互联网的能源管理与优化调度。在IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、Energy、International Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems等国际期刊和会议上发表SCI/EI论文10余篇，获授权中国发明专利4项。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、湖北省自然科学基金青年项目1项，参与国家级和省部级自然科学基金项目6项、国家电网公司总部科技项目1项。获得省级教学成果二等奖1项。

    Hu Mian received the B.S. degree in automation from the Wuhan University of Technology, China, in 2015, and the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, in 2020. She is currently a lecturer with the School of Information Science and Engineering/School of Artificial Intelligence, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, China. Her research interests include demand response, game theory, energy management and optimal dispatching for smart grid. She was awarded the title of “Chutian Scholar” of Hubei Province in 2023. She has authored or coauthored more than 10 technical papers on journals and conferences. She hosts two projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province of China.

    陈琳，女，博士，讲师。2006年毕业于华中科技大学获工学硕士学位。2018年毕业于武汉大学系统工程研究所，获得博士学位，主要研究领域：控制理论，博弈论，合作博弈。参与国家自然科学基金项目3项，获得国家级教学成果二等奖1项、省级教学成果二等奖1项，参与编写教材2部，曾获武汉科技大学讲课比赛一等奖。主持教研项目2项，发表教研论文多篇。

    Chen Lin, female, PhD, lecturer. Graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a Master's degree in Engineering in 2006. Graduated from the Institute of Systems Engineering at Wuhan University in 2018 with a doctoral degree, focusing on research areas such as control theory, game theory, and cooperative games. Participated in 3 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, won 1 second prize for national teaching achievements and 1 second prize for provincial teaching achievements, participated in the development of 2 textbooks, and won first prize in the lecture competition at Wuhan University of Science and Technology. Hosted 2 teaching and research projects and published multiple teaching and research papers.

    朱振华，男，博士后。2021年毕业于华中科技大学控制科学与工程专业，获工学博士学位。研究方向包括奇异系统、多智能体系统分布式协同控制、分布式估计、有限时间控制等。以第一作者或通讯作者在IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers、IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering、International Journal of Control等国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文6篇。作为研究骨干，参与国家自然科学基金重点项目1项和国家自然科学基金面上项目2项。

    Zhen-Hua Zhu received the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering  from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2021.  Since Jul. 2021, he has been working as a postdoctoral research fellow with the School of Artificial Intelligence, Wuhan University of Science and Technology. His research interests include networked control system, signed networks, and singular systems.
