Angular variation in Electro Optical Properties of TiO2 In this research work we have prepared TiO thin films by using RF magnetron sputtering technique at 10 degree angle towards the sputtered atoms of different thicknesses. Thickness of these points was measured by M-probe. Characterized by using of UV-Visible spectrophotometer and Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer (FTIR).
Structural, Morphological and Ferroelectric Analysis of Spinel-Perovskite (MgFe2O4-BiFeO3) Composites To get high ME response, we prepared BiFeO and MgFe O separately by sol-gel auto combustion method and then samples of (1-x)BiFeO -xMgFe O at (x= 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5) composites were prepared by solid state reaction. Characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and Multiferroics Material Analyzer were used to study Structural, Morphological and Ferroelectric Analysis of composites
