基础医学院心血管研究平台朱东兴教授课题组发现PALMD调控主动瓣瓣钙化的作用机制

全基因组关联分析研究发现位于PALMD基因的多个SNP位点与主动脉瓣钙化显著相关，但PALMD在主动脉瓣钙化中的作用和分子机制不明。
近日，基础医学院心血管研究平台朱东兴教授课题组通过瓣膜间质细胞钙化模型和CAVD患者临床样本，报道了PALMD通过调控糖酵解和NF-KB介导的炎症促进主动脉钙化的病理进程。该工作发表于国际知名期刊The Journal of biological chemistry。
