干细胞／肿瘤微环境调控课题组，针对干细胞和肿瘤的调控机制，与临床科室紧密结合，从临床问题出发，应用临床样本、小鼠模型、体外类器官等模型，结合生物信息大数据分析、细胞分子生物学等方法，从神经微环境调控角度深入干细胞调控机制，肿瘤发生发展机制，探索分子靶点；同时开展转化研究，建立体外类器官/神经共培养体系，类器官药物筛选模型进行临床药理研究，以及干细胞临床治疗研究。实验室宗旨：坚持做真正有意义的研究。课题组常年招聘博士后、毕业生实习，也欢迎技术员应聘。

This is a wonderful opportunity for translational research bridge clinic and basic science. We have been focusing on an interesting research field: regulation of stem cell and cancer development by perineural niche in the epithelium tissues (skin and stomach). More important, as a research lab in the affiliated hospital of the Medical School in Zhejiang University-Sir Run Run Shaw hospital, we took the advantage of clinic and studies are closely related with diseases. The mission of the lab is to find the underline mechanism of how neuronal system crosstalk with epithelium tissues and affect diseases.

导师介绍

肖瑛博士，邵逸夫医院专职科研岗特聘研究员，本科毕业于中国科学技术大学，博士毕业于中国科学院上海药物所，随后赴美国国立卫生研究院癌症研究所从事干细胞与癌症相关研究。已在PNAS、Kidney int、JID等国际顶尖专业杂志发表23篇SCI论文，多次获得中科院、药学会以及国际会议奖项。从事干细胞和肿瘤及其微环境调控方向的研究。 联系方式：xiaoying.srr@zju.edu.cn

研究方向

神经微环境在器官发育、再生和疾病中的作用：

1) Perineural niche for stem cell of skin appendages including hair follicle and touch dome;

2) The mechanism of stress caused diseases (like alopecia and stomach dysfunction);

3) The function of perineural niche (EGCs) in gastric cancer development and metastasis;



招聘要求

2. 具有生物学或医学相关专业博士学位，已在国内外刊物上发表过研究论文者优先考虑。
