自旋电子材料计算

研究方向:

         主要研究领域包括自旋电子材料的第一性原理计算,特别是二维磁性,铁电/多铁材料的结构设计、磁斯格明子及居里温度调控研究。

  近期的工作主要集中于:

         1. 二维铁磁体中斯格明子的产生和湮灭。

         2. 二维磁性结构中的相变性质。

         3. 二维铁电/多铁材料的设计与计算。

         4. 基于机器学习的量子材料计算。

        5. 新能源材料和功能器件的光电催化特性。
