科研领域与方向

       应用高速高分辨率的活细胞单分子荧光成像技术,并结合传统的免疫学、分子细胞、生物化学和生物物理研究手段,致力于B淋巴细胞机制和功能研究:(1)B淋巴细胞免疫识别和免疫活化的分子机制及调控机制的研究;(2)B淋巴细胞异常活化导致的自身免疫疾病及淋巴癌和白血病的研究;(3)B淋巴细胞生成-储存-读取长效型抗体记忆的研究;(4)B淋巴细胞依赖机械力感知调控免疫活化和功能的研究;(5)病原微生物作用于B淋巴细胞早期活化途径的免疫逃逸的研究;(6)整合攻关基于上述研究结果的新型疫苗和新型药物。

 

Research Interest:

We combine immunological and biochemical experimental approaches with cutting-edge high-resolution high-speed live-cell and molecule imaging techniques to investigate the function of lymphocyte cells. We are working on the studies of : (1) Lymphocytes activation and regulation; (2) Immune-diseases induced by abnormal lymphocyte activation; (3) The generation, storage, and recall of long-lived antibody memory by B lymphocytes ; (4) The regulation of immune activation and function by B lymphocytes dependent on mechanosensing; (5) Immune-evasion; (6) Next generation vaccines based on the new understanding of lymphocyte activation and function.
